Time to catch-up

Hi there everyone!

I'm realizing that a lot has happened in the last month or so that I have not had a chance to blog about. So, if you don't enjoy rambling, you might want to tune out. BUT, if you want to hear about some pretty exciting stuff that has happened recently, then read on.....

1. I finally got a job!!!! So exciting right? Even more exciting is God's timing because for the past 3 months or so my chronic pancreatitis has been really acting up, which then causes my chronic fatigue to get worse. But I was so determined to keep this job that I just kept praying that I would have enough energy to do training and hopefully not throw-up at work. And what do you know........ my first day of work I woke up feeling great!! (Although by the end of the day I am thoroughly exhausted and can barely convince myself that I have enough energy to change my clothes before I throw myself into bed.) But every morning I somehow find the energy to do it again..... whoohoo!
2. My new job requires me to buy new clothes!!!! I work at Return to LOFT homepage (a brand made by Ann Taylor). Their clothes are so cute and I HAVE TO WEAR THEM TO WORK! How conveinent right? My associate discount makes the experience even more delightful! O' it's been so long since I've shopped! And let me tell you, new clothes do a body good! Check out some of the new looks...

3. I got health insurance!!!! Michael's work finally offered him insurance and he was able to add me as well. It's not super cheap but it's worth it. Now I don't have to freak out every time I have a pancreatic attack wondering if it's bad enough that I need to go to the hospital or if it's safe to just try and tough it out at home. I got my prescription from the pharmacy the other day and it was $68 cheaper!!!!! SAWEET!!!

4. My sister-in-law Janelle got married to her sweatheart Brad this weekend!! It was a beautiful wedding at a small ranch in Camarillo, CA. Everything went well. The bride was stunning, the groom cried and the food was good!! Michael and I love our new brother-in-law Brad and are so excited to have him as part of the family. Michael's parents provided us with a free hotel stay up in Camarillo the night before and the night after the wedding so it was kinda like a mini vacation. We were away from home, had tons of fun, ate lots of great food, and came home more tired then we left....... yep, vacation. Enjoy some pic's from the wedding....

So, there you have it. You are officially updated. Enjoy the photos!
love,
Bethany
